Last year Jamie Chung appeared in two movies, starring in the hottie-filled Sucker Punch and as Stu’s fiance, Lauren, in The Hangover Part II. According to her Wiki page, Jamie has a lot of projects lined up for 2012; however, nothing released until the Fall. This year look for her in the movies Premium Rush, The Man with the Iron Fists, along with these other films that are in the works but with not much info released yet: Eden, 7500, and Knife Fight.

The years-long decline of home video sales appears finally to have stabilized, the trade organization Digital Entertainment Group reports. While filmed home entertainment dipped 2% for the year in 2011, there were genuine positive signs. Annual spending on Blu-ray discs rose 20% last year, hitting $2 billion for the first time, the DEG says. Additionally, nearly 40 million homes now have Blu-ray playback devices, 38% more than in 2010. The decline in home video revenues has leveled off, with consumer spending on filmed home entertainment rising 1% for the second half of the year. The third quarter spending actually rose 5%, the first quarterly increase since 2008. Additionally, electronic sell-through was up 9% for the year, and spending on video-on-demand was up 7%. Consumers also continued to embrace HDTV, purchasing 27 million HD sets during 2011. HDTV penetration is now at more than 74.5 million U.S. households.

David Arquette was seen kissing his new girlfriend Christina McLarty, on New Year’s Eve after window shopping on famous Melrose Ave.
MSN.com reports on David’s milestone year of sobriety:
The 40-year-old actor tweeted on Friday about his milestone and thanked his family and friends for their unwavering support, reported Us magazine.
“Today marks 1 year of sobriety for me. I thank God for the strength and guidance and my family and friends for their love and support & I [thank you],” Arquette wrote.
Splitting from wife of 11 years Courteney Cox in October 2010, Arquette, father of Coco, 7, checked into rehab on January 2, 2011 after months of erratic behavior.
Seeking treatment for “alcohol and other issues,” the ”Scream” star later opened up to Oprah Winfrey about his drug-riddled past.
“When I had my first drink of beer, I must have been four-years-old,” he told Winfrey in February, adding that he also recalls stealing pot from his father at age 8.
“I was down in the basement with my dad and beer was there and I just grabbed it and drank it. And I remember that.
It”s one of my earliest memories.”
Now clean and sober, Arquette reasons that “life is beautiful.”

There was little change at the top of the primetime basic cable rankings for 2011, with USA finishing the year as No.1 in total viewers and adults 18-49 for a sixth consecutive time on the strength of its original series. The cable network added another hit to its original slate this year with rookie Suits. There was one change each in the Top 5 among total viewers and 18-49 from 2010. History broke into the Top 5 among total viewers after doing the same among adults 18-49 last year, while siblings TNT and TBS swapped places in the top 18-49 echelon. History’s ratings ascent continued in 2011. With red-hot unscripted fare such as Pawn Stars and American Pickers, the cable channel once again posted its best year ever with double-digit gains in total viewers and adults 18-49 and a Top 5 finish in both categories after cracking the Top 10 in both total measures for the first time last year.

Victoria Justice started to year filed under the Jailbait category and ended it well into her Barely Legal stage. Victoria had a good year, considering she made the Top 8 in the re-vamped MoeJackson’s Hottest, Sexiest, Most Desirable Women 2011 competition. Unfortunately we didn’t get the idea to run a year-in-review type of post with Selena Gomez last year when she made the transition from Jailbait to Barely Legal so this time we decided not to be lazy and who are we kidding, it’s just an excuse to recycle old material since posts will be fewer as the end of Holiday Season continues.
Anyway, Victoria released the music video to “Best Friend’s Brother” and “All I Want Is Everything” and then littered YouTube with video after video giving us peaks into her rehearsals when really all we were interested in was watching her shake her bod. This is a creepy number and we’ve saved up a spooky blind for it: Last year this on-her-way-to-A List actress was sleeping with two different actors. One was a married costar and the other was an actor. For whatever reason (we can’t verify if it was just for fun or something she does often), this actress went to a fortune teller. The fortune teller told her that she had to find a way to break up with both of the men at the exact same time on a certain date. If she didn’t do this exactly the way it was explained to her, she was told she would be barren the rest of her life. If she did and did it successfully, within a year she’d be in a happy and stable relationship. She went home and broke up with both the men, causing a lot of drama but it’s a year later and she’s now in a relationship.
