ABC Lands James Cameron's 'True Lies'
ABC, which has been largely out of the spy genre since Alias, is reentering it in a big way. The network, which already is developing a Charlie’s Angels reboot, just landed the series adaptation of James Cameron’s 1994 action comedy True Lies, in a premium deal that includes a large penalty. Rumor has it that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo may be back together – or at least headed that way – after the pair were caught cozying up and kissing at a trendy bar in Los Angeles.
Spies say the couple – who recently called it quits after three years together – were seen at the Dime Bar in LA., where they say Vanessa climbed onto Lachey’s lap for a little lovin’.
A spy told Radar Online:
“They were making-out in one of the booths and seemed totally into one another. They were having a great time and definitely appear to be back ‘on’. They didn’t care who saw them.”
