Wanna get a glimpse of Prince William and Kate Middleton, but can’t afford a plane ticket to London? Good news! The new Royal couple will come to you!
People.com Reports:
Plans for the royal couple’s 11-day tour were announced Monday, and, among the sights they’ll see, the two will experience “the diversity, vibrancy of Canada, its geography and people,” says a source at St. James’s Palace.
The full schedule will not be available until mid-June, those close to them already call the trip a “most significant moment, because it’s their first royal tour.”
The Canadian leg of their visit is set as follows: ?
June 30-July 2: The National Capital Region (Ottawa, Ontario and Gatineau, Quebec)
July 2: Montreal
July 3: Quebec City
July 3-4: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
July 4: Summerside, Prince Edward Island
July 4-6: Yellowknife, Northwest Territories
July 6-8: Calgary, Alberta
July 8, they fly to Los Angeles, though interaction with the stars is being downplayed. “The couple view this as a working visit, not as an opportunity for them to meet celebrities,” the palace source says. They’ll be promoting Britain through “the prism of their own interests.”
While some press reports say the duchess will require at least 40 different outfit changes en route, the only thing one aide would say about the expanse of their trip is, “They want to keep their entourage to a minimum.”

Wanna know the details of the Royal Wedding party? We did too! Luckily for us US Weekly has all the good deets:
Prince William and Kate — a.k.a. the just-married Duke and Duchess of Cambridge — definitely got their party on at Buckingham Palace (hosted by his father Prince Charles) on Friday night.
Just 300 close friends and family of the newly-titled Duke, 28, and Duchess, 29, scored an invite to the intimate bash, where both the royal bride and her Maid of Honor Pippa Middleton stunned in gowns by Sarah Burton and Alice Temperley, respectively.
The bride and groom began the night with their romantic first dance: A cover of Elton John’s “Your Song” by pop singer Ellie Goulding. The up-and-coming star (whose 2010 album Lights is a favorite of the couple) followed up the classic ballad of devotion with her own up-tempo hit, “Starry Eyed” — which got the guests dancing!
When it was time to chow down, the menu included a crab starter, a beef filet main dish and a trio of desserts, including chocolate pudding, ice cream and brandy, and a blackberry-raspberry concoction.
“The speeches were very emotional,” one female guest told Us. Man of Honor Prince Harry’s speech for this big brother was a highlight. According to another guest, frequent jokester Harry, 26, took pains not to embarrass his big brother. After thanking his father Prince Charles, stepmother Duchess Camilla and grandmother Queen Elizabeth, Harry paid touching tribute to their late mother, Princess Diana, who passed away at age 36 in 1997.
When the bash was officially over at 2 a.m., departing guests were given two chocolate cupcakes (housed in a plastic box) featuring Mario Testino’s iconic shot of the happy couple on top. (The cupcakes were custom-made by James Middleton’s Cake Kit Company.), Before boarding carriages off the palace grounds, the revelers enjoyed a spectacular fireworks display.
“We had a fantastic time!” one guest told Us.

Americans have Royal fever more than they ever have before and the ratings are proving it! We even loved this wedding more than Princess Diana’s wedding in 1981!!!
The Hollywoodreporter.com Reports:
More U.S. viewers watched Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding on Friday than they did Prince Charles and Diana’s wedding in 1981.
The ratings are in for Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Friday nuptials, and they’re fitting of a king.
According to Nielsen Media Research, the wedding coverage, which 11 networks aired live between 6 and 7:15 a.m. EST Friday morning, drew a total 22.8 million viewers and 18.6 million households in the U.S. Networks that aired the event were ABC, CBS, NBC, Telemundo, Univision, BBC America, CNN, E!, FOX News, MSNBC and TLC.
The figure is significantly higher than that of Prince Charles’ wedding to Diana, which drew 14.2 million households in 1981, and Prince Charles’ wedding to Camilla Parker Bowles, which was only seen in 3.2 million households.
In the U.K., approximately 24 million British viewers tuned in to see the ceremony, just shy of the numbers for Prince Charles and Diana’s wedding. BBC, ITV and Sky News aired Friday’s event.
