Lindsay Lohan can hardly go anywhere without causing a controversy, and New York Fashion Week is no exception. We snapped her arriving at at Le Bain at the Standard Hotel in New York where she and her mother Dina Lohan hosted a party for Lovecat magazine. Sources are buzzing that the two got smashed together at the party, but the real drama happened earlier:
SFGAte Reports:

The star was said to have become infuriated after snapper Jasper Rischen took her photo at a fashion party hosted by V Magazine bosses.

Stunned eye-witnesses then took to Twitter to report the alleged incident.

A tweet on the Women’s Wear Daily blog stated, “Lindsay Lohan just threw a full drink at a boy at V magazine party who dared to snap her pic,” while Rischen himself added, “Wow. Lindsay Lohan is as trashy as they always say. She threw drinks and glasses to me as we tried to take a shot for V magazine.”

The drama continued when firefighters were called to the event after a guest at Lohan’s table was injured.

In posts on Twitter for fashion website Styleite, a reporter in attendance wrote, “Now people are bleeding at the v magazine party. Not sure what’s going on, but it’s at Lindsay Lohan’s table… FDNY outside… Poor girl taken out in an ambulance… To clarify: girl left in an ambulance but looked OK. FDNY were calm, took their time.”

Lilo Claims She Can’t Afford Treament

Lilo’s woes aren’t to blame on personal choices but on two things- financial troubles and the paparazzi she claims. After court mandated counseling orders, Lindsay Lohan claims she can’t afford it. According to People Magazine:

Lindsay Lohan, on probation since her release from house arrest in June, can’t afford court-ordered psychological treatment, her lawyer told a Los Angeles court on Thursday.

The actress’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, told the judge Lohan hasn’t been able to maintain her UCLA psychological treatment because of “financial issues.” But that didn’t sway the judge, who gave Lohan 21 days to show proof that she’s enrolled in counseling.

“If she doesn’t have the means [to pay for it], she’s got to find someone to help her out,” Judge Stephanie Sautner said at the hearing.

Lohan then indicated to the court she’d figure out a way to make it work. Complicating matters, she says she can’t attend more affordable group counseling because paparazzi issues would disrupt the sessions.

The actress, 25, was in court for a standard progress report and was acknowledged to be in good standing in general.

She had served just 35 days of home confinement at her Venice, Calif., townhouse for pleading no contest to misdemeanor necklace theft.

It looks like Lindsay Lohan finally has things going her way… sort of.

Huffington Post Reports:

A judge granted Lindsay Lohan a restraining order against a man who left chocolates at her house and sent her bizarre text messages saying they are engaged, court records show.

David Cocordan, 38, has been contacting Lohan for nearly two years and sent her more than 100 texts, including one that describes having sex with the actress, the documents state.

“Given this obsessive and harassing behavior, I am frightened of Mr. Cocordan and feel that my personal safety, and the safety of those around me, is in jeopardy,” Lohan said in the legal filing.

Superior Court Judge David Cowan granted the temporary order on Thursday, prohibiting Cocordan from attempting to meet or contact the actress.

The judge will consider whether to issue a three-year stay away order on June 8.

Cocordan, who police believe is a schizophrenic and is not taking medication, has told authorities he does not intend to contest the restraining order, according to court filings.
