It’s pretty sad that one of our favorite Super-MILFs< Kate Beckinsale, had minimal coverage in 2011. Granted she hasn’t appeared in a movie since 2009′s Everybody’s Fine, so we were really reduced to candid moments at the airport or streets of Santa Monica and the few red carpet appearances. However, 2012 should be different as Kate has 3 movies lined up that should all be major box office releases.
She starts off the year as Kate Farraday in Contraband alongside Mark Wahlberg; it opens in theaters on January 13th. She reprises her role as Selene in Underworld: Awakening, opening in theaters one week after Contraband on January 20th. Lastly, Kate stars as Lori Quaid (Sharon Stone’s character in the original) in an updated version of Total Recall; opening in August.
Three major releases means she’ll be doing her rounds whether it be Letterman, Kimmel, Fallon, Conan, Ferguson, along with premeires, whether they’re in L.A. or NYC or both, and you can’t forget about the foreign markets, probably London, Madrid, Paris, Berlin, and Rome, to name a few… In other words, we should expect to see a lot more of Kate Beckinsale in 2012.

MoeJackson 2011: The Kate Upton Hype Machine!!

2011 wasn’t actually the first time we posted Kate Upton. Apparently back in 2009, we posted some photos of a (probably) 16 year old Kate modeling bikinis and lingerie to bring the afternoon links. However, it wasn’t until this year after making her debut to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue that Kate was everywhere. Apparently Kate teaching us how to dougie was worth going viral along with her continued work with Beach Bunny Swimwear and landing a gig with Sobe. Kate’s also landed some Hollywood roles, having made a cameo in Tower Heist and being the talk of The Three Stooges trailer. As for 2012, we assume that she’ll once again be in the SI Swimsuit Issue and do some marketing work for Sobe in addition to her continued teasing with her Twitter photos.

2011 was William and Kate get married but also formally introduced the world to Kate Middleton’s sister Pippa. For a short time following The Royal Wedding, eyes were on Pippa and the paparazzi hasn’t stopped as evident from our inconsistent filler-posts of Pippa walking to work. There’s an Facebook Ass Appreciation Fanpage for Pippa’s ass (What ass?) that has over 240,000 ‘Likes’ and it seems like there are those people who can’t seem to get enough of Pippa; the readers of this site not being of that bunch. I think we’ve still yet to hear Pippa speak and yet she’s been posted on the site this year around 20 times. Well, as long as Kate is the Duchess and Pippa walks to work, we can’t see that there’ll be any change come 2012.

We’ll admit it, we have Royal fever! And so does everyone else…. So the big question that is on everyone’s mind: What are William and Kate doing for New Year’s?
US Weekly has the answer:
A source tells Us Weekly that William and Kate, both 29, will travel to Aberdeen, Scotland, and will stay at Birkhall, a 53,000 acre estate belonging to William’s father, Prince Charles, and his wife, Camilla Parker-Bowles, Duchess of Cornwall.
“They will stay for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day,” the source reveals. “Charles and Camilla will be flying there, too.”
Unlike her first Christmas at the Palace, Middleton’s parents, Michael and Carole, are “expected at Birkhall for the festivities,” the source believes, though they won’t likely be staying with the royal family.
