Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom, and the rest of the family were in Vegas over the weekend to celebrate Khloe’s 27th birthday. The group likely got paid a nice appearance fee to allow Chateau Nightclub in Paris Hotel to be the venue of choice. However, prior to Vegas, Khloe threw a last minute engagement party for Kim, planning it in 3 days for around 50 people.

In the drama, according to ATC, “Karin (Mulligan) is the central figure in the lives of her family, not least because her own tenuous grip on reality keeps everyone in constant motion around her. 'Family Album' Creators Joe Port And Joe Wiseman Ink Overall Deal With 20th TV, Join 'New Girl'; 'Album' To Film Second Episode
Comedy writer-producers Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, creators of the 20th Century Fox TV-produced comedy pilot Family Album, have signed a two-year overall deal with the studio. Under the pact, the two will join New Girl, 20th TV’s hot new comedy series for Fox, as co-executive producers. Additionally, their pilot Family Album is in strong contention at Fox for midseason. Along with another half-hour pilot, Little In Common, Family Album is vying for a spot on the network’s four-show comedy block in March. To further boost the project’s chances, 20th TV has agreed to produce a second episode, which Port and Wiseman are currently working on. Family Album, which 20th TV co-produces with Marty Adelstein and Shawn Levy’s studio-based 21 Laps/Adelstein Prods., stemmed from a blind script deal the studio signed with Port and Wiseman last year. “Having dated for a while, we all collectively wanted to take this relationship to the next level,” 20th TV chairman Gary Newman said. “They have the inspiration to create their owns show and also have the right demeanor to be able to fit into a show and support other creators when they don’t have anything going on.”

ABC Family To Team With Country Star Miranda Lambert For Family PI Series
EXCLUSIVE: Miranda Lambert is probably the hottest female country singer at the moment after winning four Academy of Country Music awards last night. Now I hear the 27-year-old is venturing into scripted series with an hourlong project at ABC Family based on her childhood, which is being executive produced by Kapital Entertainment.
Lambert, along with her younger brother, grew up in Lindale, TX. Her father, Richard Lee “Rick” Lambert, a retired police officer, became a private investigator in partnership with her mother, Beverly “Bev” June Lambert. Described as Hart to Hart with a family, the project for ABC Family will center on a Texas family where the kids help their PI parents in solving cases. Scott Kaufer (Memphis Beat) has been tapped to write and executive produce the drama, now in very early stages of development. Lambert is also executive producing along with her mom, Bev, manager, Marion Kraft, as well as Aaron Kaplan.
WME-repped Lambert got her break on television, as a finalist on reality series Nashville Star in 2003. Last night, she won the most awards for a female country artist at the ACM awards, inclduing her second consecutive female vocalist award. In February, Lambert won her first Grammy for best female country vocal performance. Kaufer is with UTA.
