This ungrateful actress is sabotaging her own movie career. She is starting to bad mouth the director and producer of her latest film as well as her costars to everyone who will listen. It will only be a matter of time before something is printed and the married director will see what she is saying about him. Apparently, he made her mad when he suggested a few acting classes might help with her role and she decided to start a rumor on set that the two were sleeping together and have now broken up. She was hoping to stir up some trouble with that rumor and since it’s not working fast enough, she’s now trashing the film itself.

Not Megan Fox.

ITV Merges Commercial/Online Job

As Deadline/London predicted, ITV has not directly replaced Rupert Howell as commercial managing director. Instead, it has appointed Fru Hazlitt as managing director of online and commercial. ITV says its decision to create a new job, uniting airtime sales and online businesses, stems from its ongoing strategic review. Possibly it also thought it could save money by hiring one person to replace two. Hazlitt was most recently CEO of radio company GCap Media until it was sold two years ago. Before that, she worked for Yahoo as managing director of its UK business and, before that, European commercial director. ITV’

Fox Has Kick-Ass Helmer In Mind for X-Men: First Class

UPDATE: Am told the Vaughn discussions were touch and go, and sources close to the director said he won’t be directing the movie. So that is the second time Vaughn has flirted with the X-Men franchise. He got far down the road on replacing Bryan Singer as director of X-Men: The Last Stand, but that also fell by the wayside. Fox continues its search, talking to a strong list of directors that includes Timur Bekmambetov, Louis Leterrier, David Slade, Daniel Espinoza and Carl Erick Rinsch.
